I’m going to try to cut it down to a single post with all the tweets each day. Not sure how exactly this will all work yet… normally I test things out on my dev blog but since this is causing problems, I’m flipping the switch live. We’ll see what happens at 1AM.

I think this ties in well with Obama’s youth appeal maybe. He was also advertising in video games (maybe that was just because he had more money than god to spend!)

i just saw the new heineken commercial for the “beertender” and there was a song playing in the background… the lyrics were something like “you know i’d live forever/if i had time to/yes i’d live with you forever/just to be with you, you”. can anyone help me find this song?

I pretty much agree with you, but since I don’t have a laptop anymore, I use my iPhone around the house a ton. Being able to do more without leaving the app was more important to me. I think the big points we talked about on Twitter should get addressed in upcoming releases of the non-Twitterific apps.

the other thing i like about twitterific is the decision to leave out the top bar. it makes it harder to add depth to the app, since that’s the standard place to go forward and back between views, but the additional space to view tweets is nice. twitterfon, for example, could get rid of the bar and move the tweet and refresh buttons to the bottom and not lose anything, imho.

i just think the ui on twitterific is the most polished and carefully considered of that batch. at least based on trying a few and checking out screen shots. i do hope they ad some filtered views and improve performance, though.

I’m pretty sure it’s for a car commercial, but I don’t know the song. I just know how it goes. And I hate being vague, but any help here would make this hunt so much easier. It’s been driving me nuts for almost a month now!

It’s a piano song. Used within this past year for a car commercial. Light piano.

Anna seems to be the queen of commercials now. I never seen an actor/actress appear in so many different commercials. the most recent i have seen is where the woman bought all her holiday deco at kmart. Everytime I spie her I saw her name–it’s fun to say

I was watching South Park tonight (Nov. 20 tween 12 and 1 AM)when a commercial for a video game came on (Gears of War II) but the music was a mellow melancholy sort of crooning “Slim Whitman” or “Brian Ferry” kind of sound with these lyrics, give or take a word:
Nobody knows how this will all end

Any idea what it is?

Looking for a song in a car commercial - i don’t remember what the commercial was really, but the lyrics are a guy singing kinda slow and indie “highest mountains I’ve ever climbed… you don’t forget me”. The commercial is new, and I just saw it tonight, so I know it’s not the cobalt add from a year ago. Any help would be great!

I’m looking for the background piece in the NEW Delta faucet commercial airing Oct/Nov 2008. This is different from preveious Delta posts (child following music into the drain…). Upbeat piano piece, I’m thinking it may be by MOBY? Kinda has that sound to it. Any help would be appreciated.
