Great video explaining the WGA strike in 3.5 minutes. I’m sympathetic to the WGA position on this one. Sometimes with strikes, unions can go too far, but the AMPTP (movie and TV studios) are being ridiculous. Having just been in that industry, especially since I worked with and around the people that put video online, this is both a big revenue area and a big growth area. To have the studios saying one thing to their investors and another to their employees is dishonest, plain and simple.
