Looks like a performance at NYU (where she was a student for a few years). She really can sing (though she has a few misses playing the piano). There’s talent there, covered these days in a blond wig/hairdo and heavy makeup. Do your best to ignore the goofy MC, if you can.

Interesting point. Not sure if I think there’s much to be read in the difference in budgeted cost directly, but the meta-point about how the national conversation is unfolding sounds right.
You wonder if it’s a lack of perspective or a lack of policy knowledge that makes rich folks less likely to support the minimum wage?
