Not enough people give a crap, apparently. For my part, I just assume all of the retired generals are full of crap. At this point, unless the networks decide to change their level of transparency about this, cynicism seems like the only way to believe what you’re reading.

It’s also another reason to read a wide variety of blogs across the political spectrum… it seems that adversarial perspective is the only reason people get vetted.
