CNN is running an article is headlined Commentary: 2008 campaign attack ads hit an all-time low. Read it and find ONE example of the Obama campaign doing something he finds worth criticizing. John McCain runs a horrible campaign, but the article creates false balance by saying “both” campaigns are being horrible without finding even one example of the Obama campaign doing something wrong. Outside groups are not the campaign, and that’s what makes McCain’s behavior even worse than the dispicable 2004 Swift Boat BS.

Josh Marshall hit on the problems with this sort of coverage earlier today. Worth reading.
