Speaking of partisan lines on the Supreme Court, when you have a Justice of the United States Supreme Court repeating right-wing “truthiness” in court opinions/dissents, hopefully you can see what I mean. Not that this sort of rabid Republican/right-wing cheerleading is new for Scalia. I don’t mind disagreeing with people who make serious intellectual arguments. Instead, Scalia uses his considerable intellect to rationalize his personal beliefs into his decisions. That makes him an awful Justice in my mind, far worse than Roberts or Alito.
