Larry Lessig is a law professor at Stanford, and is a leading expert on the intersection of law and technology. He’s someone I pay attention to, and he’s been a force behind things like Creative Commons and the fight to put together a sensible framework around copyright.
This is a pretty good rundown of the various reasons to choose Obama. I love the basic honesty here, conceding that on policy grounds alone you’re unlikely to choose one over the other. I reached that conclusion after Dodd was out, and went on the “other” reasons to choose Obama. It’s good to see someone else basically reaching the same conclusion for similar reasons.
