I’m firmly left brained according to this. What did it conclude about you?

One of those mocking, derisive but ultimately silly attacks made by both Giuliani and Palin yesterday had to do with mocking Obama’s time as a community organizers. I’ve read many different posts today defending the work community organizers do but Obama, as you might expect, puts the right perspective on the issue. Steve Benen has more background.
(he slightly misspeaks at the start — it was 20 years ago, not 3).

Hey, I got her to go clockwise!

Right. Oddly right.

Yeah, I’m pretty strong right. Not what I would have expected. Can’t begin to get her to go the other way…

The easiest way to get her to switch for me is to look down at her feet. I’ve read this in a few comment threads around the net, so there might be something to it. Also, changing my angle to the screen also seemed to help.

Finally got her to turn the other way if I looked away and only viewed it in peripheral vision until she turned. Couldn’t sustain it, though…

she goes both ways for me, rarely doing a full circle. I have to concentrate on her reasonably hard to get her to do a full rotation either way. I thought perhaps I was completely insane, was happy with this notion but decided to test it either way. Went and did a few online right-left brained tests (conclusive, I know, must believe everything you do on the net) and on all tests I am equally left and right brained. Aren’t I the special one. Wonder if there’s an award for me, or maybe a mensa type institution.
