Why does thwe constitution of the United States say that you will not be discriminated against for color,race, age, creed or religion? Does that include recovering addicts who are sincerily trying to straighten their life out? This year alone while not bothering anybody and was not breaking any laws I was apprehended by the PGH.undercover TASK force for no reason other than they knew I attended a methadone clinic,they asked me were where my pills as I was in a public restuarant ordering coffe, I replyed,officer I have no pills on me but my daily medication ,which where in my prescription bottle and were legaly prescribed . I was arrested charged with criminal tresspass,intent to deliver and 2 counts of possession.I sweatr on my life to GOD and anything Ivalue that the officer,my laywer[public defender] both lied to the judge just to meet their quota.This is horrendous I recieved 6 monyhs probation anmd my license was taken for a year, all because of my seeking help and a dishonest officer. Believe me I am not the only one , they single us out and treat us like second class citizens . It is a complete travisty of justice . Now as I sit here writing this I have to go to anothermagistrate for defient tresspass, I walk walked up a path which is a shortcut to the clinic. The officer told me this is a warning, the trail is not posted, which it says it is on my citation, another false persecution, why because I am seeking help trying to obey the laws ,that they twist and use against people like me who just want a better life and not out to bother anyone. Is ther really justice for none? When will something be done IF YOU ARE LIKE ME AND HAVE HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCES, WRITE TO nama OR TALK TO YOUR CLINIC ,SENATOR OR SOMEONE THAT CAN HELP STOP THE MADNESS.
