Now, I’ll admit that I’m not a computer security expert, but even I can tell from just the amount of phone calls (and my father’s volume when he’s on the phone during tax season) I receive that no matter how hard we try, the hackers are still MUCH better at this.  So much so, in fact, that this article outlines just how poor a job we’ve done.
