Alright, so I’m taking a poll, what is everyone’s favorite Mexican food dish?
Thanks!
Newsweek’s Daniel Gross explains the Consumer Price Index (here’s the official BLS site) in a very simple video. I could do without the goofy sound effects, but it’s a good, 2 minute explanation of how the government tracks inflation.
Per David Simon’s Berkeley talk, though, the video doesn’t go into why this matters. Perhaps they’ll cover that in the next installment of the Economics 101 series.

Vegetarian burritos! (beans, rice, cheese, hot stuff, lettuce, tomatoes, tiny bit o’ sour cream)
Nachos (veg, of course — cheddar, jalapenos, beans, tomatoes, onions, salsa, sour cream)

Tossup. Chicken fajitas, cheese quesadillas (plain cheese - no other crap to ruin the artery-clogging properties), or taquitos.

Thanks everyone! I ended up making a veggie burrito casserole. I appreciate the input!
