Finally, after way too freaking long, Buraka Som Sistema has released their latest album, Black Diamond. The song above, Sound of Kuduro is by far the best on the album, but there are some other nice gems on here. MIA is featured on several tracks, and the rhythm is just addicting. I cannot sit still when this is on.

Meh. We’ll see how good he is when he gets there… It is Denver, though. Look at Clinton Portis.

I look at it this way. Portis, Anderson, Gary, Droughns, and Davis were all 1000 yard rushers in the system. And 3 of those 4 were gone once their egos exceeded their production. So long as Clarrett doesn’t bother trying to show he’s bigger than the game (insert “playah hatin’” jokes here), he’ll have a long and successful career in a system that makes mountains out of molehills.
Oh, and just for the record, all of those guys were drafted after the 3rd round, if they were drafted at all.
Of course, this doesn’t mean that I’m putting Mo atop my fantasy draft board yet…

I’m going to put him up in the first round, following my trend of putting overhyped rookies early.
Of course, Larry Fitzgerald looks like he might actually be pretty good this coming year…

On a similar note, I’m fine with Detroit taking Mike Williams (as I called 2 months ago on this very site!). I can see the campaign signs already: Kevin Jones for Keeper!!!
Speaking of that very post, 2 out of 4 isn’t bad. Jay Fiedler, a Jet? Check. Mike Williams, a Lion? Check. Dallas, 2 CBs? mmm…no, but they did have a good draft (more on that in another post). Washington screwing themselves? Well, when is anyone WRONG betting against Snyder?
