Wonder if Eugene Volokh ever apologized or expressed any regrets about this piece of shit he wrote for the National Review in the runup to the Iraq war. It was pieces like this by otherwise more intelligent people that stifled debate in this country. It was this type of hysterical speculation that made it nearly impossible to reason with so many war supporters. When logic fails, go with fear. Jackass.
