Does it seem to anyone else that this memo was intentionally leaked? It sure is written like a speech that the President can’t deliver effectively.

I can’t find in the few minutes I’ve spent on this any indication of who the memo was to… I can’t imagine anyone writing like this to an internal audience (i.e. those that are part of the policy making apparatus in the White House), so it would have to be targeted media contacts? A memo to the speech writer?

It just seems way over the top to me, unless these people really talk about “liberal” stereotypes as part of their normal memos (you’d think they would either all know that or just assume it… either way it seems a waste of time unless you were speaking to a large audience)

Anyone know?
