In Defense of GlobalizationI’m currently reading this book which has been a good read so far. I’m not so fond of Bhagwati’s writing style (it’s a bit patronizing at times), but in general he presents a good case for otherwise progressive people to be in favor of what is typically called globalization. The regulatory frameworks that are discussed so far seem to be light but focused, including references to his practical experiences as an economic advisor in the Indian government. I’d recommend it based on what I’ve read so far.
