Could this really be our President 10 years ago? His speaking style is fluid and understandable. I don’t agree with what he’s saying, perhaps, but I can’t find fault with his speaking style then. Now, the video I’ve linked to above purports to tell us that he has some mental ailment. I don’t know about that. I think Ezra said it best:
