Did you know that the Yankees don’t have one regular starter with a batting average over .300 this season? Sheffield has been the closest, but even he has dipped below .300 for now. This is the second time I’ve noticed this over the year, but I’m sure that they haven’t really had anyone sustain an over-.300 average this season.

I also watched the first commercial that I’ve seen Manny Ramirez in. It was for Olympia Sports, I think, and he was hawking a shoe. It’s a big step, I think, to see him in a commercial.
