Nooooooooooooomaaaaaaaaaah! Say it isn’t so! You can’t be leaving the BoSox. I can’t take this. What will the world be without you in a Red Sox uniform? Boston will float out into the habor. Civilization will collapse. Mountains will crumble. It is the end as we know it. Repent! Repent! Repent!
I have Tigers-BoSox tickets for next week and it just won’t be the same without Nomar.

Honestly I can’t say I am that sad. Yes i associate Nomar with the Sox, but he does not seem to be the all star player that he used to be. Plus he is always injured.

This doesn’t surprise me. Read articles by Sports Guy to watch as Nomar fades from being the heart and soul of the Sox to being a sideline attraction with big defensive problems. If he wasn’t a rental, they might have gotten more for him. But from an attitude perspective, out with the old and in with the new.
