A number of blogs are reporting that Berger has been cleared of all wrongdoing in the NSA archives/secret documents case. Haven’t been able to read the WSJ article (subscribers only) but it looks pretty solid.

Update: Then again, maybe not… Saw via Google News that NewsMax is reporting that the Archives is denying the WSJ report. NewsMax isn’t always reliable, but this story looks credible. No major outlet has picked this story up, either, so I’m inclined to believe that the WSJ is wrong on this one, at least for now.
