It ain’t gonna work, though. Lessig writes an open (mock?) letter to Bill O’Reilly asking him to stop describing Jeremy Glick as a traitorous America hater. Everyone I talk to thinks O’Reilly is seriously unhinged enough that he can’t ever see that he’s wrong. Lessig even links to footage of both O’Reilly’s show as well as clips from Outfoxed.
