Fallwell just endorsed Bush in an email from his church or charity, both of which are tax exempt. As a result, they are required to stay out of politics as far as endorsing candidates is concerned. The penalty is a loss of tax exempt status.

Nothing is going to happen, of course, because the IRS is run by the current political administration, the beneficiary of these illegal acts.
