My earlier Payton/Allen gaffe should tell you how much I know about basketball. So you know that when even I can tell just how good the Piston defense is… well, that’s saying something. The Lakers rarely have an open shot. I’ve never seen a team block Shaq so often in a game. This is great basketball!

Shaq just picked up his fifth personal foul, is sitting on the bench with the score tied (gotta love that) and we’re tied with 6 minutes left. Go Pistons!!!!

Update: Wallace had a monster rebound about 5 minutes ago. We’re now down to 10.9 seconds remaining, Lakers down by 3. This timeout feels like it’s lasting for-freakin-ever!

Update 2: Kobe just hit a killer three to tie with 2.1 left. OMFG!

Update 3: OVERTIME!!! NoooOOoOooOOooooo….!

Update 4: it’s over. Lakers up by 8 with 1:22 left in OT. Pistons aren’t even trying anymore.
