I was reading one of Drum’s latest posts when I ran across this Washington Monthly book review of Twisted Sisters. The author followed around 4 sorority members and described their lives.
While I know a little about women in sororities (a small number of friends in college were in them), I would never have expected the types of things the reviewer claims are described in the book. Maybe it was because I wasn’t at a big state school like the one described in the book. I thought about posting selected excerpts, btw, but I’d rather you just read the article. Context would be good.
