Apparently California “public interest” lawyer Stephen Joseph has just learned that trans-fats are bad for you, and that they’re present in Oreo cookies. So he’s suing Nabisco, seeking a ban on Oreo cookies. Joseph alleges that this case differs from the suits against Big Tobacco and McDonalds, since people know tobacco and fast food are bad for you, whereas “very few people know” trans-fats are bad for you. Apparently, Joseph has had his head in the sand for the past 20 years, and has never figured out that Oreos aren’t exactly the most healthy of snack foods available and THAT’S WHY WE LIKE THEM. Sheesh.

Love the bass line, and really love that the gunshots were taken out of the track. Really never liked the gunshots in the album version anyway.

OMG! Sooo are you saying that eating lots of oreos is bad for me? Man! No wonder I have been gaining weight! Acutally, I was thinking of jumping on the bandwagon in the suit against Pirates Booty (briefly mentioned here). Read even more about potential gold mines here in this abc new report (the link to it on the site said “you’re fat, who can you sue?). Anyhow, I blame my increase in jeans size to Pirates booty, specifically sujal throwing what had to be five bags of the stuff into my shopping cart awhile back, thus forcing me to eat them all (no warning on the label saying massively addictive with really catchy name that makes you want to eat them and feel ok about it)
