Anne sent this to me around noon/1PM last Wednesday. This was really her day, not something she found on the Internet.

If you were a middle school teacher:

• You would have been bummed that you overslept until 6:40 today.
• You would have been wishing you weren’t witnessing a kid with his finger
  3/4 of the way up his nose.
• You would have eaten lunch almost two hours ago.
• You would have wished you weren’t mimicking your students by singing La
  Cucaracha when the administrators’ tour stopped by.
• You would have had a colleague come to you almost in tears about parents
  who bitched her out this morning.
• You would have been underneath a desk, standing atop a desk and sitting on
  a child just to demonstrate prepositions.
• You would have been profusely thankful that Stacey made some last-minute
  unexpected copies for your class.
• You would have talked to a kid in tears who lost his wallet while he was
  in gym class.
• You would be glad your day is over in 3 hours!
