Just in case there are any teachers reading this site ;), Apple is offering iLife and Keynote to teachers for $14.95. Keynote retails for over $99 and iLife retails for $49, so it’s a great deal if you’re a teacher. Apple also offers deep discounts for computers and software to teachers, so it’s a great platform to get started on.

On a separate note, I’m selling my old iBook for $900 to people I know (I think I can get about $1000 on eBay). It’s a 14.1″ 600Mhz G3 with 640 MB of RAM, 20 GB hard drive, and Jaguar. I’ve bought the extended warranty to make sure that the new owner has an easy time with repairs if anything does go wrong. The warranty is transferrable and the original price of this computer was $1799 before the memory upgrade, Jaguar upgrade, and AppleCare (the warranty). All the included software is fully licensed and legal and I have all the manuals, cables, etc. Drop me a line if you’re interested.
